  COURSE DESCRIPTION

This workshop can be designed and customized to your needs.  This workshop is designed for front office staff working with the public. It addresses not only image as it applies to individuals but as it applies to your office. The first impression of your office can often make or break a relationship with a prospective customer, and most customer's initial contact does not involve speaking with the president. That is why it is necessary for every member of the staff to know the social skills for making a positive first impression. This workshop is designed to help employees present themselves with poise, confidence, authority and the professionalism to be an asset in any work environment.
